A collector-focused FAQ on Funko Pop! My Hero Academia: Daigoro Banjo #1813. Get straight answers on display, value, and whether this Lariat Pop belongs on your shelf.
Quick answer
If you collect My Hero Academia Pops and want a display-ready Daigoro Banjo, #1813 is a straightforward pickup at its current catalog price. It is a single figure with no supplied option types, so buy it for the character rather than for variant hunting.
Why Daigoro Banjo #1813 stands out in an MHA collection
Most My Hero Academia shelves lean heavily on Class 1-A and the main villains. Daigoro Banjo, the fifth holder of One For All, gives you a Pro Hero-era character that breaks up that pattern without requiring a multi-figure set. The Pop is numbered #1813, which keeps it easy to file in release order alongside other MHA anime figures.
The character is tied to the Lariat fighting style, so the figure naturally appeals to fans who follow the One For All lineage rather than only the student roster. That narrower focus is the honest trade-off: it is a strong shelf piece for dedicated MHA collectors, but it will mean less to a casual buyer who only wants the most recognizable faces.
What the catalog does not tell you
The supplied catalog entry does not list box condition, sticker variants, chase editions, or figure height. Treat those as unknowns rather than assumptions. If any of them matter to you, confirm with the store before buying instead of inferring from the product page.
No available option types are supplied either, which means you should not expect to choose a special edition or bundle at checkout. That simplifies the decision: you are either buying the standard #1813 figure or you are not.
Daigoro Banjo #1813: collector FAQ
- Is Daigoro Banjo #1813 worth buying?
- Yes, if you collect My Hero Academia Pops and want a One For All lineage character on the shelf. At USD 9.99 against a USD 19.99 comparison price, the entry cost is low enough that it works as a filler piece or a gift.
- Does #1813 come in multiple versions?
- The catalog supplies no available option types, so plan on a single standard release. Do not assume a chase or exclusive variant exists unless the store confirms one. Ask about box condition and stickers before checkout if those matter to you.
- Where should I display it?
- Place it near other One For All holders or at the edge of a Class 1-A lineup so the lineage reads clearly. The catalog calls it display-ready, but no stand or base is listed, so keep it on a flat, stable shelf.
- Is it a good gift for an anime fan?
- It suits a My Hero Academia fan who already knows the character. For someone new to the series, a more central character is usually the safer first Pop.
